д–р Сузана Борнарова

Редовен професор

Проф. д–р Сузана Борнарова е родена 1974 година во Скопје. Борнарова е редовен професор на Институтот за социјална работа и социјална политика, Филозофски факултет – Скопје, при Универзитетот Св. Кирил и Методиј во Скопје. Дипломирала на Филозофскиот факултет во Скопје во 1998 година. Во 2004 година се стекнува со звањето магистер по социјална политика по одбраната на магистерскиот труд „Социјалните сервиси за стари лица и современите трендови во социјалната политика – состојби и перспективи во Р. Македонија“. Во 2006 година ја брани докторската дисертација „Социјална работа со семејство – со осврт на континуирано професионално образование“ – компаративна студија на центрите за социјална работа во Македонија, Србија и Хрватска, со што се стекнува со научното звање доктор по социјална работа. На Филозофскиот факултет се вработува во 2004 година како помлад асистент, а во 2016 година е избрана во наставното звање редовен професор.

Проф. д-р Сузана Борнарова е добитник на Fulbright стипендија за истражувачки престој во Вашингтон, САД каде престојува од август 2009 до јануари 2010 и работи на истражување на социјалните услуги за стари лица при Католичкиот универзитет на Америка.

Во 2009 година станува добитник на стипендијата за социјални истражувања Generations in Dialogue на ERSTE Фондацијата од Виена, Австрија.

Проф. д-р Сузана Борнарова е координатор на Националниот центар за континуирано образование за социјален развој при Институтот за социјална работа и социјална политика. Учествувала на голем број конференции во земјата и во странство и автор е на повеќе домашни и странски публикации (научни трудови, извештаи од евалуации и анализи, програми и стратегии), како и на пет универзитетски учебници.

Го зборува англискиот јазик. Нејзино хоби е практикување јога. Аматерски се занимава со апстрактно сликарство.

Истражувачки интереси: социјална политика, социјална заштита и социјална работа; посебен фокус на социјална работа со семејство, семејна политика и политика на демографско стареење, миграции.
