Dr. Goran Zendelovski
Prof. Dr. Goran Zendelovski was born in Stip. He graduated (2002) and received his master’s degree (2008) at the Faculty of Philosophy at the University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje. In 2003 he was employed at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje as a junior assistant at the Institute for Defense and Peace Studies. In April 2013, he defended his doctoral dissertation entitled “Globalization Processes, Peace and Security” and earned the degree of Doctor (PhD) of Defense. In the same year he was elected assistant professor, while in March 2018 he was elected associate professor in the teaching-scientific title.
He has participated in numerous conferences, scientific seminars and schools in the country and abroad.
He is the head of the postgraduate studies in the field of security at the Institute for Security, Defense and Peace at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje.
He enjoys hiking, marathon running, basketball and is a fan of pop music. He speaks English.
Research interests: creating security and defense policies, theoretical foundations of leadership, management, governance and governance, modern processes of globalization and security implications of the same and other similar areas.
